Though I love summer and all its festivities (minus the heat), fall has it all when it comes to fashion. Before starting to buy new clothes for the fall, here are things you should consider.

• Transition your summer pieces: Don’t toss all your summer outfits to go shopping for fall looks when you can layer your outfits. For example, styling your bodycon dress with a jacket and pairing it with boots will give you a basic fall look where all the pieces complement each other. For shorts, go with high-knee boots to get a cute and edgy fall look.

• Shop your wardrobe: Before buying new fall clothes, check for items in your wardrobe that you can still wear. The reason for this is that you do not need to buy similar pieces that you already own. In my closet right now, I have three blazers that are the same shade of green. There is no reason for me to go get another green blazer of that shade.

From previous blogs, y’all already know that I love Shein. It didn’t make it on this list because when it comes to fall outfits, you really want to get lasting pieces. Shein has solid fall items, but with the miss or hit that you can get from them, it’s safe to get your fall items from places with consistent quality.
